Tips for filling in your electrical quote

  1. 01

Explain the code items in one plain line each

Customers see 'AFCI breakers' and think upsell. 'Required by current code for bedroom circuits' tells them it is not optional and not your idea.

  2. 02

    Say who patches the walls

Fishing wire leaves holes. If patching is not in your price, say so on the quote, and say whether you leave the holes open or covered.

  3. 03

    Plan for the utility

Panel swaps often need the utility to disconnect and reconnect. Put the coordination on the quote and tell the customer their power will be off.

  4. 04

    Customer-supplied fixtures need a note

If they bought the light, write that, and whether you will install a fixture that turns out to be damaged or missing parts.

Or skip the copy-paste and let Quotewren build it.
