Plumbing quote template

Use this for fixture swaps, repairs, repipes and water heater jobs. It splits labor from parts so the customer can see where the money goes, and it has a space for what you are not doing, which is where most callbacks start.

Fits letter or A4. The spreadsheet opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers and adds up the amounts for you.

Tips for filling in your plumbing quote

  1. 01

Name the fixture, or say who supplies it

Write the make and model you priced. If the customer is buying the fixture, say so on the line, and say whether your warranty covers a part you did not supply.

  2. 02

Put the behind-the-wall risk in writing

Older pipe can crumble when you touch it. One sentence on what happens if you find that (you stop, you price it, they approve it) saves the argument later.

  3. 03

Show the permit as its own line

If the job needs a permit, list it separately. Customers accept a fee they can see; they question a total that quietly went up.

  4. 04

Say when the water will be off

Homeowners care about this more than almost anything. A line like 'Water off for about two hours, mid-morning' makes you look organised.

Or skip the copy-paste and let Quotewren build it.

Try it before you sign up. Type the job and the price. Quotewren lays out the quote, adds it up, and gives your customer a link to accept it.
